1 Training Session

70 minutes: $60.00

In one training session with me, you can expect a high-energy, results-driven experience tailored to your specific goals. We’ll start with a quick assessment to understand your current fitness level and any individual needs or challenges you might have. From there, I’ll design a session that targets your goals—whether it’s building strength, improving conditioning, or mastering technique.

 

You’ll get a full-body workout that challenges you and pushes you outside your comfort zone, but always at a pace that’s right for you. Throughout the session, I’ll provide real-time feedback, ensure you’re using proper form, and keep you motivated every step of the way. Expect personalized coaching, effective training techniques, and a workout that leaves you feeling accomplished and ready to tackle the next challenge.

4 Training Sessions

60 minutes: $350

With 4 workout sessions, you’ll receive a focused, results-driven plan designed to kickstart your fitness journey and deliver noticeable progress. Over the course of these sessions, we’ll build a solid foundation tailored to your goals—whether it’s strength, endurance, weight loss, or overall fitness.

 

Each session will build on the last, progressively challenging you while ensuring proper form and technique. I’ll guide you through a variety of exercises, mixing up strength training, cardio, mobility work, and more to keep your body adapting and engaged. You’ll also learn how to push your limits safely, avoid plateaus, and understand the importance of recovery and nutrition.

 

By the end of our 4 sessions, you’ll not only see physical results, but you’ll have the confidence and knowledge to continue training on your own. You’ll walk away with a customized plan that you can implement on your own, a deeper understanding of your body, and the motivation to keep reaching for your goals.

Monthly Training

60 minutes: 500$ (most popular)

With a monthly training plan, you’ll receive a comprehensive, results-oriented approach to fitness that’s designed to keep you on track and progressing toward your goals. Each month, you’ll get a customized workout plan that’s tailored to your specific needs—whether it’s building muscle, improving endurance, losing weight, or simply getting fitter.

 

You’ll have regular training sessions that focus on progression, variety, and technique to keep things challenging and effective. I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering guidance, feedback, and motivation during each session to ensure you’re pushing yourself safely and efficiently. You’ll also receive ongoing support between sessions to help you stay accountable, whether it’s through check-ins, adjustments to your program, or advice on recovery and nutrition.

 

Throughout the month, we’ll track your progress, celebrate milestones, and adjust your plan as needed to ensure you’re always moving toward your goals. You’ll not only see physical changes, but you’ll also develop a deeper understanding of your body, the workouts that work best for you, and how to maintain long-term success.

Virtual Training

60 minutes: 45$

With virtual training, you’ll receive the same personalized, results-driven approach as in-person sessions, but from the comfort of your own home or wherever you choose to train. Our sessions will be customized to meet your specific goals, whether that’s strength, fat loss, mobility, or overall fitness, and we’ll use the tools and space you have available.

 

You’ll receive one-on-one coaching through live video sessions, where I’ll guide you through each exercise, offer real-time feedback on your form, and keep you motivated every step of the way. You’ll be able to ask questions, get tips on technique, and make adjustments as needed—all while staying connected and engaged.

 

Additionally, I’ll provide you with a tailored workout plan for the days when we’re not meeting, so you’ll always have structure and direction in your training. I’ll also be available for ongoing support between sessions to answer questions, offer advice on nutrition or recovery, and make sure you’re staying on track.

 

Whether you’re at home, traveling, or in a gym setting, virtual training offers flexibility without sacrificing the quality or intensity of the workout.
